Greenstar Social Marketing (Guarantee) Limited is looking for candidates for the position of Deputy Manager IT – Infrastructure based at Karachi (Head Office).
Job Responsibilities:
- Architect the IT infrastructure and lead the implementation of changes
- Implement and execute proactive maintenance, monitoring, and support processes to provide a stable and reliable IT infrastructure platform to the business
- Develop scope, determine schedules, manage expenses and coordinate resources necessary for successful completion of infrastructure related IT projects
- Ensure compliance with all forms of IT licensing agreements related to infrastructure
- Leading of IT support team
- Management of third-party vendors and suppliers related to IT infrastructure
- Maintain sufficient level of technical expertise to troubleshoot IT
- Evaluate business risk status and ensure suitable mitigation strategies are in place and functional
Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Computer Science
- At least 4 years of experience
