WE ARE HIRING Business Development / Investment Executive – Islamabad

Green Tourism Pakistan is seeking a dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented Business Development / Investment Executive to join its team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, attracting investments, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting initiatives that promote sustainable tourism and hospitality across Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and pursue new business development and investment opportunities.
2. Build and maintain relationships with investors, corporate clients, financial institutions, government organizations, and strategic partners.
3. Prepare investment proposals, business plans, financial models, presentations, and pitch decks.
4. Assist in structuring investment transactions and public-private partnership (PPP) initiatives.
5. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the successful implementation of business and investment projects.
6. Participate in meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and investor engagement events.
7. Monitor market trends and identify emerging opportunities within the tourism and hospitality sector.
8. Prepare periodic reports and presentations for senior management.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Investment Management, Tourism & Hospitality, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience :

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in business development, investment management, corporate finance, project development, banking, consulting, or a related field.
Experience in tourism, hospitality, infrastructure, real estate or public sector projects will be preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong business development and investment analysis skills.
• Excellent financial modeling and business planning abilities.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of public-private partnerships (PPP) and investment frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to build strategic partnerships and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
