Greaves Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd. is looking for the following position:
Position: AM/DM Machinery Service
Job Purpose: The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing of the maintenance, repairing, and servicing of heavy machinery, construction & mining equipment’s.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all maintenance & repair work meets company standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Oversee the inventory of parts & supplies as well as ensuring the components are in stock.
- Ensure that tools and diagnostic equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.
- Negotiate and manage service contracts with customers, clients & ensuring compliance with terms & condition.
- Liaise with customers to discuss their equipment needs as well as address customer complaints and concerns.
- Provide technical support and guidance to technicians pertaining to equipment issues.
- Oversee complex repairs or modifications, ensuring they are performed correctly & safely.
- Ensure all work complies with industry regulations, safety standards and environmental guidelines.
Education: Candidate must be B. E or B.Tech from a reputable institute.
Experience: 8-10 years of experience
