Position: Assistant Manager OD
About Role:
· Setting performance objectives
· Make the KPI dashboard visible to the operations and leadership team
· Gather, analyze and prepare reports for cross-functional performance data
· Manage low-performing employee improvement plan. Coordinate with stakeholders to conduct their counseling sessions, track performance, propose improvements and take necessary actions as per policy
· Work with internal stakeholders across functions and units through the unit’s HRBP, to embed a culture of continuous feedback actions as per policy
· Prepare and update the job description of every employee as per strategy and business needs
Requirements:
• 3-4 Years of relevant experience in organizational development and training
• Preferably from FMCG or F&B
• Graduation/Master’s degree
Technical Skills Required:
Data Analysis (adept at Excel)
MS Office
Knowledge of ERP system
Soft Skills Required:
Result Orientation
Excellent communication skills
Interpersonal Skills
