Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email.
- Resolve order-related issues promptly.
- Process cancellations, refunds, and replacements.
- Provide product information and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferably in Bakery/FMCG.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
