Key Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver training programs with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
- Plan and coordinate training sessions in line with operational requirements.
- Ensure all training programs comply with safety protocols and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to identify and address specific training needs.
- Conduct classroom checks to ensure that the training is imparted as per prescribed standards of instruction.
Required Education/Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- PCAA DGC BTA certification is preferred.
