The position is responsible for effective monitoring & control of all operational day to day activities at the Airport. This role complies and ensures that guidelines and procedures established by IATA and other regulatory bodies are implemented effectively. This role also ensures that safety, customer service and experience and operational excellency is achieved with excellence.
− Bachelors from recognized and reputable institution.
− At least 8+ years’ experience in aviation in similar capacity or administration.
− Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to communicate & influence both internal and external stakeholders
− Ability to build and foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers and other key stakeholders in the industry
− Demonstrated ability managing diversity in client and workforce relationships
− Agile business thinker as adaptable in both attitude & approach within a high-profile environment.
