Gas & Oil Pakistan Ltd is looking for Sr. Manager Digital Operations for Lahore office.
Job Objectives:
- Lead system development & integrations, digital project rollouts, and user training across stakeholders.
- Oversee card issuance, fuel/non-fuel transaction lifecycle, reconciliation, and settlements.
- Manage contracts, enforce SLAs, monitor service levels, and validate invoice deductions.
- Lead onboarding, KYC, POS deployment, mobile app support, and loyalty campaigns.
- Ensure adherence to PCI-DSS, audit readiness, and technology standards.
- Drive data accuracy, dashboard reporting, SAP reconciliation, and GST compliance.
- Identify network expansion sites, manage pricing updates, and optimize operations.
- Coordinate with internal departments and manage vendors for smooth service delivery.
- Supervise team, assign roles, and oversee training for staff and dealers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, IT, or related field
- 7+ years’ experience in Oil & Gas sector
- Experience in management of digital operations (preferably oil & gas sector)
- Proficiency in POS systems, ERP platforms, and transaction monitoring
