Position: HR Lead (Talent, OD & Learning)
HR Lead (Talent, OD & Learning) is required with 12-15 years experience in the Human Capital Management Department at the FPCL Head Office, Islamabad
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement learning and development programs aligned with organizational objectives, including onboarding, skill development, leadership training, and career advancement.
- Lead the development and execution of HR strategies that support the organization’s short-term and long-term goals, including workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment, enhance employee morale, and promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Drive the performance management cycle to facilitate regular feedback, goal setting, and performance evaluation thus driving continuous improvement and employee development.
- Utilize SAP S/4 Hana, SAP SuccessFactors and other HR technologies to streamline HR processes, generate insights through data analytics, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging best practices, and regulatory requirements in HR, learning and development, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with broader organizational objectives and priorities.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to HR team members and managers on matters related to learning and development, HR strategy, employee engagement, and performance management.
Technical Competencies:
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing learning and development programs, HR strategies, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and HR metrics to drive decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (PM GM, Employee Central, LMS & Compensation) & SAP S/4 Hana systems is highly desirable.
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SuccessFactors HCM would be a plus.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Skills: - Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors (EC, PM GM, LMS & Compensation) & S4 Hana
