Position: HR Lead (Talent, OD & Learning)

HR Lead (Talent, OD & Learning) is required with 12-15 years experience in the Human Capital Management Department at the FPCL Head Office, Islamabad

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement learning and development programs aligned with organizational objectives, including onboarding, skill development, leadership training, and career advancement.
  2. Lead the development and execution of HR strategies that support the organization’s short-term and long-term goals, including workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  3. Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment, enhance employee morale, and promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  4. Drive the performance management cycle to facilitate regular feedback, goal setting, and performance evaluation thus driving continuous improvement and employee development.
  5. Utilize SAP S/4 Hana, SAP SuccessFactors and other HR technologies to streamline HR processes, generate insights through data analytics, and support evidence-based decision-making.
  6. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging best practices, and regulatory requirements in HR, learning and development, and employee engagement.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with broader organizational objectives and priorities.
  8. Provide coaching, guidance, and support to HR team members and managers on matters related to learning and development, HR strategy, employee engagement, and performance management.

Technical Competencies:

  1. Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing learning and development programs, HR strategies, and employee engagement initiatives.
  2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and HR metrics to drive decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  4. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (PM GM, Employee Central, LMS & Compensation) & SAP S/4 Hana systems is highly desirable.
  5. Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SuccessFactors HCM would be a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    Skills:
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors (EC, PM GM, LMS & Compensation) & S4 Hana
