Responsibilities:
Develop systems for the function.
Troubleshoot and repair network, hardware and software components.
Perform hardware and software upgrades to achieve optimum performance level.
Maintain IT infrastructure and manage help desk issues.
Update software antivirus on regular basis.
Requirements
A relevant Bachelor’s degree is Mandatory.
You have at least 1+ years of work experience in a similar role
Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google equivalents
You are very proactive and could lead independent projects
Has the ability to perform root cause analysis and build process flows.
You’re very detail oriented and pay attention to all the steps in the process.
