Minimum Requirements
- Masters in Socio-ecological Sciences, Development Studies or Agriculture and Social related degrees;
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project formulation and safeguards management, socio-agro-economic evaluation and result based planning;
- Working knowledge of English and good command of local languages (Pashtu) required.
- Working experience with UN and/or international organizations will be an asset.
- National of Pakistan.

- Excellent knowledge of MS office is necessary.
- Identification/ formation of Community Organization (CBOs/ COs) to take lead role, ownership and management of the rehabilitation/development activities in project areas
- Training of CBOs, VOs, FFS, and FBS, enterprise/value chain groups and farmers associations in CMST (Community Managerial Skills Trainings) and LMST (Leadership Management Skills Trainings).
- Facilitation in arrangement of capacity building and training of the CBOs/COs and beneficiaries in implementation and optimal utilization of resources provided by the project
- Demonstrated abilities in conducting assessment, survey and other studies with minimal supervision;
- Strong analytical and report writing skills;
- Computer skills in Office Applications Including SPSS, Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point;
- Advanced knowledge and experience in database analysis and management packages, and other office equipment;
