FiveRivers Technologies is looking for a Performance Marketing Expert, who will be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts, optimizing and executing strategies that directly contribute to our business growth and enhance our global reputation. With deep expertise in performance-driven platforms and data-driven decision-making, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in steering our marketing campaigns toward maximum ROI and scalability.
Responsibilities:
· Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies focused on PPC, SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and other performance channels.
· Continuously test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g., online advertising, direct response, targeted campaigns) and conversion rate optimization.
· Leverage analytics tools to monitor, adjust, and report on campaign performance, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and other relevant platforms.
· Analyse marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
· Oversee and manage the marketing budget for digital platforms, ensuring optimal spend for the best return on investment.
· Work closely with the product, sales, and content teams to align marketing strategies and optimize customer journeys.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, incorporating innovative practices and technologies that align with business goals.
· Conduct ongoing A/B testing for continuous improvement of engagement and performance metrics.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing with a proven track record in driving successful PPC and paid search campaigns.
· Strong understanding of Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Advertising, and other digital marketing platforms.
· Expertise in analytics and data management tools, including Google Analytics, CRM software, and dashboard technology.
· Excellent analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable changes.
· Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple time-sensitive projects under tight deadlines.
· Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work under continuous change.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively.
