Job Description
Program Objective:
This is a leading program through which talented fresh graduates are being hired at our Commercial Banking & Small-Medium Enterprise (CBSME) business. Under the mentorship of senior managers, the program aims to impart the best training to selected candidates with the objective to transform them into seasoned professionals and future leaders of the bank and industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Relationship Manager / Unit Head / Team Leader in given assignments.
- Providing quality relationship management to new and existing customers to sustain customer satisfaction.
- Assist in identifying Commercial & SME banking customer needs and the implementation of new products and services.
- Responsible for the growth of the assets portfolio.
- Conduct financial statements & credit analysis of customers for credit applications and performing annual reviews.
- Liaise with internal/ external stakeholders (internal / external auditors/regulator) and provide the required information in a timely manner as per management advice.
- Ensure compliance with SBP’s prudential/other regulations and with the prevalent policies & procedures of the Bank
