BBA/MBA Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Job Responsibilities:
Build and manage a capable regional sales organization with proper staffing, training, and motivation to drive sustained growth.
Develop and execute sales plans and budgets to meet annual targets while leading a regional sales team to drive performance.
Ensure market coverage through regular visits, monitoring product availability, competitor activity, and identifying growth opportunities.
Support distributors and customers with product knowledge and maintain an efficient distribution network for maximum reach.
Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and warehousing to align support, delivery, and storage with sales and quality standards.
