Position: Staff (Air Conditioning)
Qualification: DAE Refrigerator & Air Conditioning
Min Experience: 6
Max Age Limit (Years): 35
Job Requirements/Responsibilities:
• Experience on Split AC floor standing unit upto 10.0 ton and package type air conditioning unit upto capacity 26.0 ton.
• Supervise maintenance of air conditioning & refrigeration jobs.
• Carry out preventive maintenance of refrigeration, air conditioning equipment and systems.
• Trouble-shoot air conditioning equipment malfunction, diagnose problems and perform maintenance on refrigeration & air conditioning equipment.
• Manage the safety of the air conditioning plant rooms and workshops.
• Computer skills in MS Word & Excel will be preferred.

Position: Staff (Draftsman)
Qualification: Diploma Draftsman (Civil), Certification in AutoCAD (2D&3D)
Min Experience: 5
Max Age Limit (Years): 35
Job Requirements/Responsibilities:
• Prepare the required drawing/sketch with concerned project/Maintenance Engineer.
• Visit location and cheek existing arrangements.
• Consult existing drawings/sketches i.e. Plants. Sections etc. (if any).
• Check modified arrangements. Look for any hindrance in modification.
• All drawings prepared in Auto CAD. take all necessary steps for their indexing and storage on electronic media (PCs).
• Maintain proper record of all drawings of old & new buildings as per company policy.
• Any other office related task/job assigned by DM-CW.
