KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process Performance evaluation of Plants under Technical Monitoring Program (TMP)
- Development of KPIs based Monitoring reports
- Process packages development for energy optimization, capacity enhancement and efficiency improvement.
- Analysis of downtime, Operational upsets, and Process safety incident reports.
- Process simulation modelling and Excel calculators development.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering
- 3-5 years of work experience at a Fertilizer/ Chemical Complex
- Hands-on experience on Ammonia and/or Utilities
- Expertise in tools e.g Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus
