Fatima Group Jobs Inspection Engineer:
Fatima Group is hiring for Inspection Engineer for Plant site Sadiqabad. The ideal candidate should have the following:
Qualification: B.SC. Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 4 to 5 years of Relevant Working Experience in the Fertilizer Industry or Similar Process Industry with a Minimum 3 Years of Inspection Experience.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Perform Inspections of plant equipment including Pressure Vessels, Boilers & Refractory lined equipment and provide technical expertise to reduce failures in addition to implanting reliability programs to improve performance.
- Perform inspection of above and underground piping systems including DCVG survey, PSP etc.
- Proficient in heat exchangers tubes inspection.
- Prepare inspection reports, recommendation for repair/ replacement works and maintain inspection history record for the equipment.
- Review the equipment’s historical data and conduct reliability studies.
- Develop Inspection plans of static and rotary equipment in accordance with applicable code and statutory requirements.
- Participate in pre-commissioning and commissioning of new equipment, field checkout, and testing walkthroughs and prepare exception list and work on resolution-related exception items.
- Coordinate with Vendors and Equipment Manufacturers for effective job handling and able to perform technical evaluation of different vendors and its proposals.
- Have knowledge of latest inspection tools & techniques and ensure available inspection tools in healthy condition through proper handling and maintenance. Apply
