Fatima Group is hiring for Deputy Manager Internal Audit at Reliance Weaving Mills Ltd. The ideal candidate should have the following:

Qualification: ACA.

Experience: 4 to 5 Years, Textile Industry Experience will be preferred.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Provide support in development and implementation of the annual risk-based Audit plan and foster performance driven culture within the internal audit team.
2. Ensure timely and accurate execution of Audit engagements, review audit findings, evaluate control deficiencies, and provide practical recommendations to enhance processes and mitigate risks.
3. Assess and enhance the effectiveness of internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Continuously identify opportunities to streamline audit processes and enhance efficiency to improve audit effectiveness.
5. Conduct Risk Assessment and gap analysis of business processes and update Organizational Risk register.

Knowledge/Skills/Aptitudes:

1. Thorough understanding of internal control concepts, risk assessment, and audit methodologies.
2. Understanding of Enterprise Risk Management & Internal Control Frameworks.
3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
4. Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, Company’s Ordinance and Taxation Laws.
5. High ethical standards and the ability to maintain confidentiality

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the overall administration related matter of the Mill Site.
2. Evaluate, implement and review company-wide security and risk management program.
3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to pre-empt security risks and take appropriate measures to effectively mitigate these risks.
4. Maintain working relationship with all relevant stakeholders such as law enforcement agencies, local administration and government offices.
5. Liaison with EOBI, Social Security and Labor departments for staff related issues.

5. Enforce safety protocols and lead the firefighting team to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
