We are hiring Branch Sales Manager for Karachi Office. Ideal candidate must be BSc Electrical Engineering/MBA from any reputable university, along with 8 to 10 years of sales and BD experience with 5 years at managerial position in any building material related industry.
He will be responsible for efficient sales operations and high customer engagement. Manage and improve strike rates for customer engagements. Ensure comprehensive area coverage and saucerful execution of projects. Lead new customer acquisition initiatives. Implement and monitor discount and credit policies. Converts lead into sales and achieve sales targets. Enhance customer retention and improve net promoter score.
Required Skills are Project Management, negotiation, problem solving, leadership, team management, interpersonal communication.
