EY Ford Rhodes is hiring for a Human Rights and Criminal Justice Expert.
Responsibilities:
· Kick off meeting with all concerned stakeholders.
· Develop a Training Timetable and secure approvals from Balochistan Judicial Academy, Balochistan High Court and Balochistan Prosecution Department
· Supervise the work of Junior Associate (Human Rights & Criminal Justice)
Requirements:
· Master’s Degree in Law/Human Rights Law/Public Administration/Social Sciences or other relevant field.
· At least 10 years of relevant professional experience practicing law in the high courts of Pakistan (preference shall be given to candidates with specific practice in the Balochistan High Court) in research, analysis and training related to Human Rights and the criminal justice system in Pakistan
· At least 5 years of legal experience and a proven understanding of the criminal justice system in Pakistan
· At least 4 years of experience in the design of human rights training, including the development of manuals, toolkits, curricula and assessment tools
· Balochistan based/Balochistan experience will be an asset.
