Job Title: Manager HR & OD
Responsibilities:
- Lead designing and implementation of organizational development initiatives
- Assessing organizational needs, gap analysis, and recommending appropriate solutions based on market best practices
- Leading training & development programs
- Leading overall HR operations including but not limited to payroll, reimbursement, life & health insurance, perks and benefits, etc.
- Oversee the training programs and evaluation of the effectiveness of training programs
- Oversee talent acquisition, recruitment, and retention strategies
- Developing succession plans and career development programs
- Lead the implementation of performance management systems
- Developing and implementation of employee engagement strategies
- Periodically review, update, implement HR Policies & Procedures, and ensure compliance to rules and regulation of the company
- Track HR metrics to assess program effectiveness
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Prepare and present analytical reports to senior management i.e., Cost Sharing, Headcount, HR budgeting, etc.
- Use data and analytics for informed decision-making and drive continuous improvement
- Any other task allocated by Head of HR & Admin
Qualification & Requirements:
- Master’s degree in human resources
- Related Training & Certifications would be preferred
- Proven experience in HR leadership role
- Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written
- Strong command on MS Office, MS Excel in particular
- Department dealings i.e., EOBI, PESSI, LABOUR, etc.
