Engro Fertilizers is hiring a Manager Production Planning, based at Daharki.
This role is responsible for leading production planning and operational coordination while ensuring full compliance with PSM, EMS, OHIH, and regulatory requirements. The position involves overseeing operational KPIs, supporting smooth plant shutdowns and startups, managing audits and incident investigations, and driving cross-functional troubleshooting to maintain optimal plant integrity. The role also contributes to training, skill certification, budgeting support, energy optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidates should hold a BE in Chemical Engineering with 10–15 years of relevant experience in plant operations, production planning, and process management within a large industrial setup.
