· 10 – 15 years of relevant work experience
· ITIL certification is a must
1- Chair the Change Advisory Board (CAB) with relevant stakeholders.
2- Manage the creation, scheduling, approval and successful release of ICT requests for change (RFC), ensuring minimum impact to live service performance.
3- Manage and contribute to the change process by utilizing ITIL Change Management methodology and the appropriate toolsets.
4- Maintain the forward schedule of change and communication to the Business and 3rd party suppliers.
