Do you think you can take up the following Roles and Responsibilities?
- Assist the Legal Manager in all legal matters including Intellectual Property registrations, SECP filings and other regulatory compliances.
- Draft all sorts of Contracts as per instructions of Legal Manager and keep physical and digital records of contracts updated.
- Responsible for handling payment procedure of legal department as per the payment SOP.
- Keep files and records of legal department updated.
- Manage procurement of Stamp Papers for the legal department and notarize contracts from Notary Public.
- Assist in drafting plaints, petitions, legal notices & correspondence.
- Ensure follow up of Litigations and coordinating with the External Legal Counsels.
- Assess the legal risk that may arise during organization’s business activities and ensure that organization’s activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide solutions within legal framework for smooth achievement of business objectives.
