Positions: Quantity Surveyor – sub contracting & billing
Location: Lahore
Education: DAE/B.Tech Civil
Experience: minimum 8-10 years as quantity surveyor of market rate analysis, estimation of quantities/BOQs, sourcing of sub contractor, rate negotiation and contract agreement with sub contractor, IPCs/IRs and sub contractor work billing. Previous experience in on bulk oil depot/high rise building/retail outlet construction and advance level working experience on MS Excel and SAP is mandatory.
