Electropolymers Pvt Ltd. is looking to hire an HR Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
-Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding, including orientation, and training.
-Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
-Provide support in handling employee inquiries and basic HR-related concerns.
-Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
-Help and coordinate training and development programs for employees.
-Assist in the preparation of HR documents, including employment contracts, offer letters, and termination notices.
-Generate reports and maintain HR metrics for analysis.
-Handle various administrative tasks related to HR functions.
-Collaborate with the HR team to support departmental goals and initiatives.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Masters preferred.
-At-least 6 months of relevant HR experience.
Basic knowledge of HR principles, policies, and procedures.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Proficiency in MS Office.
