📍 Position: Specialist – Compliance & Industrial Relations
📍 Location: Head Office, Lahore
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in statutory compliance, industrial relations, or HR operations, preferably within the retail, manufacturing, or service industry.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage employee registrations and ensure compliance with EOBI, PESSI, and Social Security requirements.
- Prepare and process vouchers, challans, and statutory documentation accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with relevant government departments for registrations, claims, inspections, and compliance matters.
- Maintain accurate employee compliance records and statutory documentation.
- Support internal and external compliance audits by ensuring complete and updated records.
- Assist in industrial relations matters and ensure adherence to labour laws and company policies.
- Monitor regulatory changes and support the implementation of compliance requirements across the organization.
