Position : Sr. Manager Finance

LOCATION: DR. ZIAUDDIN HOSPITAL, HEAD OFFICE NORTH NAZIMABAD CAMPUS.

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for leading the finance function including financial planning, reporting, taxation, internal controls, ERP system improvement, audit coordination, and strategic financial support to top management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Supervise timely month-end closing and reconciliation.
• Ensure ERP data accuracy and integration.
• Coordinate with department for financial input and reporting.
• Conduct variance and cost-benefit analyses.
• Maintain documentation for in internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and controls.
• Contribute to strategic planning financial decision-making.

KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCES:

• Knowledge of IFRS and Pakistan Tax laws.
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Strong command over ERP system (Oracle / customized).
• Advance Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Professional Qualification: CA/ CA Finalist/ ACCA (Member).
• Work Experience: 5-7 years of experience, with at least 2-3 years in a senior finance role, preferably in a hospital or large corporate environment.

ASSISTANT MANAGER SOCIAL MEDIA LOCATION: DR. ZIAUDDIN HOSPITAL, HEAD OFFICE NORTH NAZIMABAD CAMPUS.

JOB SUMMARY: To take care of the media presence of Ziauddin Hospital on social media, increase penetration & perform community management in a way to bring the predetermined brand penetration and achieve KPIs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement assigned KPIs and KRA’s as per the overall brand experience.
• Update, maintain and analyze social media content across Meta, Google ads, LinkedIn, Youtube and all channels of communication to bring desire results.
• Plan and execute communication plan for developing media like Snapchat, InApp advertising, TikTok.
• Increase in different but matrices like reach, recall, convertibility, CTR and other metrics and prepare reports periodically.
• Revise monthly & and quarterly communication plans and adapt deviation.
• Content development and its approvals
• Linking marketing efforts with digital PR and endorsements.

KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCES:

• Sound knowledge of key tools & metrics of social media including Google ads, X.com, Snapchat etc.
• Team player and willing to come up with ideas to explore social media
• Fluency in English & understanding of social media language and jargon.
• Proven record of establishing or enhancing a brand architecture on social media.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s (Business or Creative design)
• Professional Qualification: certification/ Diploma of Google/ Meta/ Professional institude
• Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of Experience.

TRAINEE TECHNOLOGIST

• CLINICAL LABORATORY

LOCATION: DR. ZIAUDDIN HOSPITAL, HEAD OFFICE NORTH NAZIMABAD CAMPUS.

JOB SUMMARY: The Trainee Technologist assists the Assistant/Staff Technologist in performing routine technical and other related procedures to ensure quality service and timely preparation of final reports.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Under the Supervision of In-charge/Supervisor, performs routine technical procedures, Clinical/Biochemical tests on a daily basis according to Laboratory protocols/policies/manual to assist in the timely preparation of reports.
• Checks and confirms that samples are collected, prepared and processed as per laboratory protocols/manual and policies to provide quality services on a daily basis.
• Follows and assists the In-charge/Supervisor in implementation of safety regulation according to Laboratory Safety Manual on a daily basis for own safety and safety of others.
• Assists the In-charge/Supervisor in teaching of trainees and students as per laboratory protocol, as and when required.
• Assures that appropriate controls (positive & negative) are run with each test/batch or as per test requirements and according to lab policy.
• Any other duty or responsibility assigned by the In-charge/Supervisor.

KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCES:

• Good knowledge of Laboratory Testing Procedures.
• Ability to follow oral and/or written instructions.
• Good team worker.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Academic Qualification: B.Sc. in Biological Sciences, M.Sc. preferred.
• Professional Qualification: One year training / Diploma in Medical Technology.
• Work Experience: One year traineeship at Clinical Laboratories of Ziauddin University Hospital or 2-3 years of relevant experience outside, in a Laboratory or preferably in a Hospital, preferred but not essential.
