Dr. Ziauddin Group of Hospitals and Universities is hiring for “Manager Administration” based at the Sukkur Campus.
Knowledge & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local languages
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital industry
- Good understanding and knowledge of local traditions and culture
- Knowledge of organization policies, procedures, systems and objectives
- Knowledge of health care administration systems
Responsibilities:
- To accommodate every patient for admission in the relevant ward via effective coordination with ER and OPD
- To coordinate with front office for smooth admission process of the patients
- To make every effort to minimize or eliminate Leave against Medical Advises
- To ensure the implementation of admission policies at all levels
- To assist MS / Management – Administration for day-to-day operations
- Conducting any other assignments as directed by Management / Group Head
Qualifications: MBA / MPA
Experience: 4 to 5 Years of Relevant Experience
