EDUCATIONAL, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a reputable University
- 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience in operations or maintenance at a reputable organization
JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for operations and maintenance of all electrical & mechanical equipment
- Ensure compliance of standard operating procedures
- Lead a team of technicians & supervisors in the deputed shift for smooth operations
- Provide bench strength support as and when required
- Identify gaps and suggest ideas to improvise
- Maintaining documentation and records
