We are looking to hire “International Business Executive” in its International Sales department.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist the departmental manager in overall Exports operations- specifically in:
- Coordinating with Clearing Agent and Freight Forwarders
- Coordinate with Production and planning, logistics for orders status and dispatch.
- Cooridnate with Finance for payments & invoicing.
- Follow-ups with customers and clients for payments and shipping documents.
-Maintaining Export Sales data & Sales forecasts. - Preparing products’ samples for the customers.
-Maintaining and processing the bills for exports.
-Planning & executing the international trade fairs.
Minimum Experience: 1-2 years
Education: At least BBA/equal in Sales/Supply-chain/Marketing from a renowned university.
*excellent communication & presentation skills are mandatory ones.
location: Korangi Industrial Area
Timings: 9AM to 06PM.
