We are looking for a “Compliance Executive” to join Dipitt and ensure its operations adhere to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., BRCGS, FSSC 22000, PFA, SFA, PSQCA).
- Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure ongoing compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including reporting findings and recommending corrective actions.
- Manage documentation and record-keeping for quality systems.
- Educate and train staff on compliance matters and the importance of adhering to policies and regulations.
- Conduct Monthly Gemba Walk and ensure improvement.
- Identify gaps in process and procedures regarding compliance as per the regulations and take initiative to fill them.
Education & Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Food Engineering.
- Experience (Min 02 years) in same field.
- Work experience in FMCG, preferably in sauces and mayonnaise.
- Having knowledge of country regulations and international standards, such as FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001 (lead auditor certification preferred).
- Quality Management.
- Soft Skills, MS Office and ABS System.
- Communication and Interpersonal.
- Ability to learn new skills.
Location: Korangi Industrial Area
Timings: 09:00 AM- 06:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
