We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team who have experience in receiving & issuance of Store Items. This role is crucial for driving our business forward and establishing benchmarks that align with the best industry practices.
The key areas of focus and expertise for an ideal candidate include:
- Supervise the receiving and issuance of store items, ensuring proper procedures are followed.
- Maintain proper inventory management by monitoring material receiving, counting, checking, stacking, and issuing.
- Ensure timely updates of store transactions in the system, including receiving and issuance.
- Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping in the store.
- Prepare and check daily, weekly, and monthly store reports, monitor stock levels, and conduct audits as per system protocols.
Qualification and Experience
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in stores and inventory management.
Knowledge of store inventory systems and SAP.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Knowledge of store audit procedures and inventory management best practices.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
The position will be based at the site in Feroze Wattwan, Sheikhupura.
