Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate individual to join our Sales Department with the below responsibilities:

  • Manage and update vehicle and payment details in the ERP.
  • Organize and maintain customer and transaction documentation.
  • Oversee daily attendance, LMS, and HR-related forms.
  • Manage monthly grocery supplies and prepare indent requests.
  • Prepare and submit monthly utility and expense memos to the head office.
  • Record, update, and share booking data with sales and after-sales teams.
  • Process and forward new booking documents to the head office.
  • Manage customer communications, discount approvals, and payment deposits.
  • Maintain and update the Master Customer File.
  • Deposit and record payments for sold lifestyle items, coordinating with the parts department.
