Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate individual to join our Sales Department with the below responsibilities:
- Manage and update vehicle and payment details in the ERP.
- Organize and maintain customer and transaction documentation.
- Oversee daily attendance, LMS, and HR-related forms.
- Manage monthly grocery supplies and prepare indent requests.
- Prepare and submit monthly utility and expense memos to the head office.
- Record, update, and share booking data with sales and after-sales teams.
- Process and forward new booking documents to the head office.
- Manage customer communications, discount approvals, and payment deposits.
- Maintain and update the Master Customer File.
- Deposit and record payments for sold lifestyle items, coordinating with the parts department.
