*Job Opportunity: Turbine Field Operator (Steam Turbine Based Power Plant)

Employment Type = > One Year Contratual

We are looking for a competent Turbine Field Operator to join our team at a 30 MW Cogeneration steam turbines-based Power Plant located in Rahim Yar Khan. The role requires strong hands-on experience in steam turbines & its auxiliary systems operations and emergency handling.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate steam turbines and auxiliary systems during normal and emergency conditions, including start-ups, shutdowns, and turbine trip events.
Conduct regular physical inspections of turbines and all associated auxiliary systems, ensuring operating parameters remain within prescribed guidelines.
Perform accurate data logging of all required plant parameters and prepare shift-wise operational and activity reports.
Maintain proper housekeeping standards in turbine and auxiliary system field areas.
Coordinate and support maintenance teams during annual outages and opportunity-based shutdowns.
Ensure proper preservation and protection of plant equipment in accordance with established guidelines.

🎯 Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of steam turbines and associated auxiliary systems
Hands-on experience in the operation of steam turbines and auxiliary systems, including routine operations and emergency handling.
Sound knowledge of equipment preservation, isolation, and return-to-service procedures.
Good understanding of Permit to Work (PTW) and Lockout/Tag Out (LOTO) systems.
Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and communication skills.
