Position: Specialist – Performance & Rewards
Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective ongoing operations of performance cycle and reward activities
- Play a key role in the annual reward review, supporting colleagues, and working with payroll
- Support the ongoing operations of budgeting, verification and employee benefits, insurance data management and project-based allowances
- Participate in salary surveys to ensure that the team has access to up-to-date market data
- Support delivery of reward projects and initiatives
- Generate reports as needed to assist business stakeholders
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience with performance, benefits, and reward strategies
- Analytical mindset with great eye for details and how to make complex data easily understood.
- Ability to effectively collaborate across multiple functions
- Proficient with MS Excel
- Location: Lahore
Qualifications: BBA/ MBA HR
