Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians.
- Achieve KPIs for equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Develop and oversee maintenance schedules to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.
- Maintain high standards of quality and seek continuous efficiency improvements.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues with rotating equipment.
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications: DAE (Mechanical) or BSc. in Mechanical Engineering.
Skills:
- Expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting rotating assets.
- Strong knowledge of industry codes and standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
