Descon Engineering is looking to hire “Incharge Subcontracts”
Location: Daharki, Ghotki, Sindh
Education: BSC. Engineering
Experience: 8-10 years of experience in a medium to large scale engineering concern with direct exposure to project execution also have been substantively involved in subcontracts administration.
Requirement
· Ensure that subcontracting services are procured at the most competitive market price and meet delivery requirements
· Implement strategies based on changing market conditions and provide inputs during outsourcing activities.
· Engage in reviews to foster collaboration and cooperation.
· Lead negotiation efforts for big ticket subcontracts.
· Maintain, monitor and regularly evaluate relationships and contracts with subcontractors.
· Introduce & develop new subcontractors to improve price, quality and service levels.
· Review subcontractors KPI’s as per subcontracting plan.
· Arrange and lead periodic meetings with major subcontractors to seek and provide feedback for mutual benefit.
· Ensure preparation of periodic subcontracting related reports.
· Execution of scheduled and unscheduled audits, Review audit findings and observations made and have respective areas addressed as per guidelines provided by Manager Subcontracts and company laid down procedures and policies.
