Regional Sales Chef (Central) – Food Services
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead culinary presentations, live demos, and tasting sessions for key customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new product opportunities and market trends.
- Develop innovative recipes and usage ideas for Dawn’s product range to support sales objectives.
- Participate in exhibitions, events, and marketing activities as the culinary brand ambassador.
- Ensure product quality and consistency during trials and launches.
- Train and support sales staff in product knowledge, preparation techniques and customer engagement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience working with local or international food brands on new product development or recipe formulation.
- Strong understanding of bakery ingredients, formulations and preparation techniques.
- Passionate about food and innovation.
