Critical Responsibilities:
Collaborate with vendors/consultants/OEMs/internal stakeholders for capacity expansion & new capability projects not only limited to instrumentation but leading the project as a whole starting from initiation , planning, execution, monitoring & control & till closing
Managing the yearly capex and forecasting & achieving the monthly capex numbers
Design, develop, Maintain the existing automation & control systems
Collaborate with consultants, vendors ,design engineers, purchasers and other staff members involved in the production, processes, and other stakeholders for successful completion of projects
Troubleshoot process automation and instrumentation whenever required
Ensure that the instruments comply with health and safety regulations
Support other engineering functions: maintenance, utility etc. whenever required
Participating in audits and complying with documentation
Leading the projects and completing MOC , PSSR & other mandatory requirements
Collaborating with global vendors & global engineering teams for best practices and execution
