Dairyland Pvt Limited Jobs Utility Manager:
We are looking for “Utility Manager” to be based at our Manufacturing Plant located in Dhabeji.
Responsibility:
- Ensure optimal cost & quality in generation & distribution of utilities for the factory operation. i.e. steam, refrigeration, water & effluent treatment, hygienic air handling & compressed air.
- Monitor the performance of utilities of the plant, equipment & infrastructure.
- Assist in the budgeting & cost monitoring of utilities; identify energy saving opportunities.
- Manage internal & external compliance requirements.
- Ensures process & personnel safety with regard to utilities plant & equipment; from design & installation to routine & periodic safety inspections & audits.
Education/ Experience:
- Bachelors/Master’s Degree in Engineering (electrical, industrial electronics) with at least 5 years of experience in operating gensets/RO plant/air compressors/chillers/boilers/cooling towers & AHU Systems preferably in FMCG.
- Experience of leading teams operating fired pressure systems (boilers) or other large combustion systems.
- Experience in cost optimization of repairs & maintenance, making budgets for Utilities.
