Position: AREA MANAGER
LOCATION LAHORE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee operations across multiple branches, ensuring food quality, service, hygiene, and performance standards are consistently met.
- Mentor, coach, and develop RGMs, SMs, and teams to build leadership capability.
- Drive sales growth, improve customer experience & timely resolution of complaints.
- Monitor and control variance, purchasing, and wastage to optimize profitability.
- Review KPIs, and performance metrics, creating action plans for improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
- Working Hours: Flexible & field-based (including weekends & public holidays)
- 3-5 years of Multi-unit/Area manager experience in QSR, fast casual industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
