Crown Group of Companies is currently looking for talented and motivated candidates for the position of
𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐓𝐈𝐓𝐋𝐄: Assistant Manager Quality Assurance
𝐑𝐎𝐋𝐄 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐑𝐈𝐏𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍:
- Check the daily activity of QA Executive & Inspectors.
- Ensure the availability of required manpower, equipment, tools and other related items for the smooth functioning of Q. A. Dept.
- Supervision of product inspection system.
- Collect the data according to the formats and procedures of Q-A. and make liaison to concerned departments to take corrective & preventive action.
- Checking of daily & monthly reports and informing the higher Management about production quality.
- Coordination with vendors for quality feedback.
- Ensure that regular maintenance of records in a traceable manner.
- Implement management’s plans for productivity increase, quality improvement, cost reduction and energy conservation in his respective areas of control.
Identify the required / suitable training needs of subordinates (existing / new) and their adequate training.
Performs other tasks as assigned by the superiors from time to time.
𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, Business) or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control roles, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect complex issues and provide effective solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling seamless collaboration with teams at all levels.
• Detail-oriented mindset and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Quality certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ) are preferred but not mandatory.
