Cotton Web Ltd is looking for Manager – Quality Assurance.
Candidate should be responsible for:
- Reduce production bottlenecks by improving raw material quality.
- Make sure production quality meet customer requirements.
- Development of SOP’s regarding product quality management.
- Systems and process conformity.
- Root cause analysis to avoid the repetition of issues.
- End line audits throughout the process.
Essential Requirement:
- Graduation/TQM degree will be preferred.
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Proactive, enthusiastic and innovative approach to complete tasks.
- Denim garments manufacturing background will be preferred.

Candidate must have:
- Verify availability of budget for the items requested in purchase demand.
- Ensure correct coding of purchase items mentioned on the purchase demand.
- Ensure the purchase demand is duly approved by the department head/director.
- Ensure item details are properly mentioned, without any ambiguity, pertaining to type, size, quality and quantity.
Essential Requirement:
- Bachelor degree will be preferred.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Garments manufacturing background will be preferred.
