We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Sales team and manage customer accounts with professionalism and precision.

🌟 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Manage customer inquiries
- Handle all communication with customers professionally and efficiently
- Drive business growth by maintaining and expanding customer relationships
- Prepare and manage pre-order and final costings
- Own the entire TNA (Time and Action) of orders
- Coordinate with the Product Development team to develop seasonal collections
- Handle customer accounts independently with a solution-driven mindset
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage timely bookings and shipments
- Must possess strong planning, analytical, and customer service skills
📌 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Education: BSc in Textile Engineering or MBA in Marketing / Textile Management
- 1–2 years of experience in sales & marketing of denim or apparel
- Strong costing, planning, and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized
