Officer/Inspector – Centralized Control Room (CCR)

The ideal candidate should have the following qualification, experience and skill sets:

DAE – Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial
Minimum 2 years’ experience of working in power plant or a similar industrial environment is desirable.
Knowledge of power plant equipment, systems, and safety protocols.
Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.

The main responsibilities of the position will involve:

Responsible for taking conscientiously area rounds at regular intervals and when required, note and report any abnormal sound or leakage, take equipment readings as per shift local logs.
Understand basic principles of the equipment in his areas, can take equipment in standby or in service, and know how to handle emergency situation.
Carefully implement the work permit system.
Carry out regular equipment testing, regular switching, unit start and stop, etc. as required, report any problems promptly and record them as defects, and ensure that standby equipment is reliable and ready for use.
Have the right to stop work without safety permit, risky and illegal operations.
Assist the duty supervisor in team building, production site cleaning, tool and material storage, new employee training, etc.
Have Strong analysis and judgment ability.
Possess good execution ability and can effectively implement various tasks assigned by the leadership.
Be a good team member and carry out tasks as per his supervisor requirements.
