We are looking for the position of Head of Administration & Security at Chase Value.

Responsibilities:
- Lead administrative operations, office management, vendor relations, travel arrangements, and facility management.
- Monitor expenses of the head office and stores related to utilities and third-party facilities management service providers.
- Ensure office requirements are met and that maintenance/safety standards are up to acceptable levels.
- Collaborate with department heads to address administrative challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage budgeting and resource allocation for administrative needs, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement security policies and protocols to safeguard personnel, customers, visitors, and company assets.
- Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend measures.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans to ensure the organization is prepared for crises.
- Coordinate with governmental authorities and emergency services for effective responses in emergencies.
- Ensure compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Experience:
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the retail industry.
Qualification:
- Preferably a Master’s or Bachelor’s in Public/Industrial Relations.
