POSITION: MANAGER (MEP & Projects)
EXPERIENCE 08-10 years (MEP & Project Management)
EDUCATION BS / MS – Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil Engineering
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS:
- Managing all projects (new / upgradations) define project objectives in alignment with management’s goals and objectives
- Defining project timelines and ensure timely completion of project by keeping quality standards.
- Managing operation and maintenance of MEP equipment’s installed at stores, warehouses and offices.
- Defining project timelines and ensure timely completion of project by keeping quality standards.
- Hiring of consultant (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil) for different projects as per guidelines, monitoring suppliers/ consultant/ sub-contractors to ensure smooth work process.
- Handling foreign correspondence in order to implement/ procure new equipment’s for productivity and enhancement in project quality.
- Preparing feasibility reports on timely basis and maintaining all documentation of assigned projects. – Understanding and complying with company’s environment, health 8. safety procedures. Ensuring that appropriate personal protective
