Responsibilities:

1. Time study and down time recording
2. Follow up pre-production activities
3. Operations bulletin making and critical operation identification
4. Line balancing and operator’s allocation on the base of skill matrix
5. Efficiency calculation, prepare the COT checklist and maintain it.
6. Review daily PMS report.
