𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Visual Merchandiser
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Karachi
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:
-Design effective store layouts, fixture setups, and product displays (including mannequins, hangers, and props).
-Collaborate with marketing, operations, and store teams for cohesive campaign rollouts and seasonal setups.
-Develop and execute brand-aligned visual merchandising strategies across stores.
-Lead visual planning for new store openings, revamps, and high-traffic campaigns.
-Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure visual excellence.
-Train store teams on VM standards, tools, and best practices.
-Maintain consistency in visual standards across all retail locations.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
-Bachelor’s/Diploma in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
-3–5 years of experience in visual merchandising or retail design (fashion industry preferred).
-Strong aesthetic sense and commercial understanding.
